How do I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your product or feel that there is an error with your order, please contact us either by logging in to your account on our website, or you may call us directly at (800) 503-TEPS or (856) 825-8294.
- Electrical items cannot be returned.
- All other items may be returned/exchanged with approval only within 7 days of receipt.
- Customer's are responsible for return shipping charges.
- If the error was on the part of Tep's Power Equipment, then Tep's Power Equipment will be responsible for the shipping charges.
